Ngyungne also spelled Nyung-nay is a Himalaya Buddhist popular practice and purification retreat associated with Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion which is origin from Kathmandu,Nepal thousand years back. It's method is based on Vikkhuni Kamala a lady Siddha of Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism who achieved enlightenment through ngyungne practice.
